Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow for a smooth transition between clients and to ensure you receive your full session time.

You may undress to your comfort level. Proper draping will also be provided.

POLICIES & CANCELLATIONS
To provide the best care and maintain a reliable schedule for all clients, the following policies apply to all services.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the session rate
- No‑shows or same‑day cancellations may be charged 100% of the session rate
- Emergency situations are handled with discretion and understanding
This policy allows appointment times to remain available to other clients and supports the sustainability of a solo practice
Late Arrivals
- Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time
- Late arrival will result in a shortened session to avoid impacting the following client
- The full session fee will still apply
If you expect to be late, please communicate as soon as possible.
